I really like the design of the dispenser where you don't have to dip your finger into a cream jar. It's super easy to use - just twist and stop once you've gotten enough product. The cleaning balm looks like a thick cream lotion but has a oily texture that makes it super easy to massage onto my face. For those that are sensitive to smell I would recommend this since it's scent free to me. I did not notice any strong chemical smell either. Overall I think this is a great product that's priced right and I would purchase again.
