How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launch periods or promotions, it might take a bit longer. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Maybe! If your order hasn't entered fulfillment yet, we can usually help. Email we.are.mishko@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll let you know. Once it's shipped, though, we can't make changes, but our return policy has you covered.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

First, we're sorry. Second, email us within 48 hours of delivery at we.are.mishko@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

What if an item is missing from my order?

Because we ship directly from Korea, larger orders sometimes arrive in separate packages. Check your email for additional tracking numbers. If nothing shows up and you're still missing items, reach out to we.are.mishko@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Where do you ship?

Currently: Canada, Australia, and the U.S.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We offer both standard shipping and express!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after your order is processed. It can take up to 21 business days in busy periods.

Our express shipping takes 3-5 business days after order processing.

Keep it mind that we also have handling time to sort and package your order by hand. As with all other stores, customs, carrier delays, and the occasional act of nature can slow things down, but we always do our best to get your products to you ASAP.

We're working on a specialized shipping line to speed this process up for you.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once your order ships (within 3–5 business days of processing), we'll email you a tracking number. All orders include tracking.

Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

Yes, we do!

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Email us immediately with your correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. If it's already on its way, we can't guarantee we can fix it — and we're not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

What about duties, taxes, or customs fees?

All orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means you're responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees your country charges. These aren't included in our prices and vary by location. Customs can also add time to delivery, so plan accordingly.

My package is delayed or lost. What do I do?

Contact the carrier first using your tracking number. Then email us with the carrier case number and we'll help however we can.

Is it safe to shop at Mishko?

Yes, absolutely! We use Shopify's secure checkout, which encrypts your payment info and keeps it safe. We never see or store your full card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments. We also accept Paypal, Shop, and Gpay. More options are on their way.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code per order. Codes can't be stacked or combined with other promotions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (or longer if required by law where you live).

Items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals and tags intact
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How do I start a return?

Email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Wait for our reply before sending anything back. We'll give you the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

What can't be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they're defective)

If something's faulty, damaged, or wrong, different rules apply — see "What if something arrives damaged or wrong?" above.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover it. For other returns (like change of mind), you're responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days.

Do you do exchanges?

Not directly. The fastest way to get a replacement is to:

  1. Complete a return (email us first)
  2. Place a new order for what you want instead

Are your products authentic?

Yes! Everything we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized suppliers and distributors in Korea. No fakes, no dupes.

The product looks different from the photo. Is that normal?

Colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen settings and lighting. If you think something's actually wrong with the product, reach out and we'll sort you out! All of our team are Korean-speaking, so we're also able to chat directly with our partners for any in-depth questions.

Why are some items out of stock?

We move fast, and so does Seoul's beauty scene. Popular items can sell out quickly, and restocks depend on availability from our suppliers. If something you want is out of stock, check back soon or email us — we might be able to give you a restock ETA.

I can't find my favorite Korean brand or product on Mishko.

We're always adding new products, and we want to know what you're looking for. If there's a brand, product, or trend you think we should carry, email or DM your recommendations to us. We're listening.

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Check your spam/junk folder first — sometimes our emails end up there. If you still don't see anything, send us another email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet! We're online-only for now, which is how we keep things moving fast and get you early access to what's rising in Seoul.

Can you gift wrap my order or add a card?

Not at the moment, but it's on our wishlist for the future!
