This is my third time purchasing this product and it is very moisturizing. I’m on tretinoin so this milky toner really helps prep my skin before application.
This toner is the BEST. I saw it compared to Rhode, it’s better (especially the price point & amount) It’s thick and creamy but feels lightweight on your skin and so hydrating. It mixes well with bronzing drops and foundations. I have very sensitive skin and it hasn’t irritated it or broken me out at all. I cannot recommend it enough. A must have
